We hope that everyone is feeling settled into their new classrooms and new routines here at Timberline. We wanted to update you on three important policies that will be upheld beginning in October 2016.
1. Payment Policies:
We require that tuition is paid within the month that it is due. You are sent an invoice on September 1st for childcare provided in the month of September. Payment is due by September 30th or it is considered late. Within the 12 month cycle, beginning October 1st, the following guideline is now in effect:
1st late payment- $25
2nd late payment-$50
3rd late payment-$100 and care is suspended until account is paid in full (spot will be held for 2 weeks max)
2. Celebration Food:
No homemade food will be permitted at Timberline to be shared with any children other than your own. If you would like to provide a snack to celebrate your child's birthday or other meaningful occasion, you will need to provide a store prepared option. This is solely for use within your child's classroom during the course of the school day. When we have an all school event, potluck, or party- where parents are present- this rule is suspended. This is a policy policy established by Public Health, aimed at reducing the spread of illness. If you are looking for alternative suggestions for celebration of your child's birthday, please ask the admin or your child's mentor teacher.
3. Pick up policy:
We open at 7:00am, you are welcome to have your child here then. We close at 6:00pm. Your pick up needs to be completed prior to 6:00pm so that we can close in a timely manner. If you are unable to complete your pick up by 6:00pm due to work, traffic, construction, etc please make an alternate plan well in advance so that our school can close on time.
